Phlume Artist Management-
Developed as a way for musicians to take their band and music to the next level of performance. Phlume maintains a constant vigil over your art and works like an additional band member to promote and establish you in new markets. We are located just north of Boston on the Seacoast Maine/New Hampshire border, in beautiful historic Kittery Maine. Members of the Phlume staff are willing to go the extra mile to assist you in the growth of your music career.

Our job as professionals, is to assist you with the direction and promotion of your music, thereby giving you more time to create it. Our services are designed to assist your band in getting the exposure it deserves. Below are two categories that summarize the services we offer to talented musicians such as yourself. Each area has a central focus that is specific to its title, yet both areas overlap in many instances. By combining both concentrations into a single service, we will assist you in delivering your unique sound to the rest of the planet.
Business Services -
We assist you by managing the day to day run around that is needed to run your music business; keeping track of schedules, appointments, bookings, the ledger, show dates, studio time, inventory, equipment repairs and so on. Hiring and firing of all the major players that will compose your music business team such as promoters, accountants, booking agents, record companies, lawyers, tour and road managers, sound engineers and lighting engineers. We assist in delivering you to various professional musician services available that are beyond our reach, and place your creativity in front of the industries top A&R personnel. We work for you to help manage your music business, giving you more time to be a musician.
Marketing Services -
Keeping you and your music as our best interest, we constantly help promote you and your band, exposing your music to the rest of the industry, helping to elevate your career. Printing, press, news, fliers, CDs, the street team ... All fall under the “Marketing” category helping to introduce you to the rest of the music scene. We assist in developing your posters and advertisements to promote your shows. We help with the replication, duplication and distribution of your CD to music stores. Web site assistance. T-shirts. Stickers. All forms of marketing we help you establish, maintain, design and deliver. We work with local printers, newspapers, photographers, studios, and merchants to help you get the exposure needed to build a following. We organize, develop and manage a street team to assist in spreading the word about your band to cities you will be performing in.
